    Caroline is focused on building the operational systems and client-centered processes that allow Dyer & Co. to scale thoughtfully. With a background in HR operations and financial analysis, Caroline brings a passion for process improvement and technology integration. Her goal is to ensure that every client interaction reflects the same care and precision that goes into the financial planning itself. She's currently pursuing her Series 65 and looks forward to deepening her advisory capabilities over time.

    Gray founded Dyer & Co. to bring transparency and clarity to financial planning. As a fee-only advisor, Gray works exclusively for his clients—not for product sales or commissions. With seven years of experience in planned giving and a deep commitment to fiduciary principles, Gray specializes in helping successful individuals and families build comprehensive financial strategies that align with their values and goals. When he's not working with clients, you'll find Gray on the lacrosse field.
